Body Language

For those of you that offer a more face to face relationship style sales presentation, this module is ideal for you.  Although reading body language is not an exact science, it’s important to understand some of the most common interpretations and how to react to them.

These areas include:

·         Shifts in posture

Success in sales depends on understanding human behavior, that which is spoken and unspoken. Is your customer deciding, judging, or thinking while they are listening?

We teach you how to read them and check-in to confirm your interpretation in order to build a “Comfort Zone” for you and your customer.

We also delve into the area of how to deduce when deception is present in a conversation though movement and action.  We offer certain telltale signs that someone may be lying to you and instruct you on how to respond when you see them. For example:

·         When eye contact is avoided

·         The placement of objects between you and them

·         Stiff or little movement

·         Limited facial expression

Although phone sales void the ability to truly see and mirror body language, we discuss how customers can read your body language over the phone.  We teach you how to emulate eye contact while over the phone to create a sense of favorable body language.

Inside this module we discuss the necessary mannerisms you need to exude in order to present a positive image.
