Negotiating Skills  

The purpose of negotiation is to reach a fair and reasonable compromise. Good negotiating builds confidence and it is the cornerstone of how we have a sense of authority in representing our company. 

In this module we teach you how to: 

  • Let a customer “feel” control

  • Be a customer outside of work

  • Create a uniqueness about your product or service

  • Be patient

  • Aim little and shoot big

Good negotiating skills are key when you are faced with a potential client that has their mind set on any facet of their purchase.  This module gives you the tools you need to be prepared for those times.  

We discuss how to stay firm but be fair when it comes to situations where: 

  • Product options may be a concern

  • The value of a trade is assessed

  • Demands are not reasonable

  • Fear is a dominate factor

These skills are not always in need. We instruct that desperate times call for desperate measures, and trying to get the most out of a customer is not always the best idea. 

This module is loaded with the information you need to be prepared, organized and capable to “Talk the Talk”.
